I have extensively used Usability testing at many projects at my previous and current workplaces for over 5 years in Toronto, Canada.
At a Healthcare institution where I was working as an IT Business Analyst, I was performing usability testing for a staff scheduling system and an HR online application. While working at a bank as a QA, I was testing the usability of different financial applications including mobile and online trading apps.
When performing usability testing, I create and execute usability test plans, surveys and PMO-compliant documentation.
I have a University of Toronto Computer Science degree and I have completed an SQA (Software Quality Assurance) certification.
I enjoy usability testing because it allows me to improve user experience, and I am motivated by understanding that my efforts contribute to people being able to navigate through applications easier and find the information they need quicker.
I am available 40 hours a week.
