B) I have close to 8 years of experience in testing. and am always testing functionality from the usability point. The product i test is highly dependable by our customers and making the application easy from usability point of view is one of the most important criteria. Example, how to modify the design or different steps taken by a customer to do a specific action. How those steps can be simplified to ease the customer to get the actions done quicker in few steps. It is also important that the customer can find and save the information of his/her actions on the website (product).
That being said, I am well trained and experienced in functional and security from the usability stand point. Web UI being the front end which is accessible to anyone in the world, it is highly important to see how the product (system) handles incorrect inputs (human errors) by the users.
Usability to me also means the performance of the application, which i am experienced at drawing the metrics. It has always been part of my job to create metrics and reports for various tasks mentioned above, which are from high level focused for upper management view to a low level which provides more technical details.
c) I am available 40 hrs per week
