Precondition : A testing invitation with non NDA from Utest has been sent

Repro Steps:

1. Launch App and the login page should display
2. Login with valid User ID and password, and the main page should display
3. Tap Test Cycles, and the default tap should be active
4. Tap the test cycle name that needs to respond, and the page with two buttons display
6. Tap Accept button

Expected results: The form of the non-disclosure agreement should display

Actual results: "Unable to respond to invitation ,The server returned: conflict" display
