It is likely to be possible, but possibly not wise. If it is just 'integration' testing, then automated testing makes sense. If there is significant 'System level' testing, then automation may not be the best bet. System regression testing is usually best done by automation. So the answer will depend on what YOU mean by System Integration testing.
